Ruling in Problem to Market Rule: Preliminary Evaluation and Implications for States

On August 22, a federal District Courtroom decide in Maryland stayed, on a nationwide foundation, the implementation of a number of provisions within the Facilities for Medicare & Medicaid Providers (CMS) “Market Integrity” last rule.
