US-based SiriusPoint has introduced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Worldwide Medical Group (IMG), will purchase Help America, a supplier of world emergency journey help companies.
Help America, established in 1990 by George W. Howard, III, generates round $20m yearly from its help companies.
